Problem Description

For servers with both AhsayOBS and AhsayRDR installed (both version 6), when performing an upgrade to AhsayCBS version 7.5.0.0 with the installation executable file, the connector setting of AhsayRDR was not automatically migrated.

For example, a server with the following installed:

AhsayOBS version 6.27.0.0 - Listening Port - HTTP 80, HTTPS 443
AhsayRDR version 6.27.0.0 - Listening Port - HTTP 8080, HTTPS 8443

Only one connector's setting was migrated to AhsayCBS after the upgrade:

Cause

This is a known issue with AhsayCBS version 7.3.2.0 - 7.5.0.6.

Resolution

Re-configure the connector setting again if you have performed the upgrade already.

This issue has been resolved in AhsayCBS version 7.7.0.0 or above. Please use the latest AhsayCBS installer to perform the upgrade, you can obtain the latest installer from our website at
