Problem Description

After a manual MS Windows System or System State backup job that failed with error, sub-sequence backup job cannot be started.

The following warning message is displayed when starting a MS Windows System or System State backup:

Another backup job is still running. Backup skipped.

Cause

This is a known issue with AhsayOBM / ACB version 7.3.2.0 - 7.5.0.0.

Resolution

To resolve the issue, patch the AhsayOBM / ACB application to version 7.7.0.0 or above. The instructions can be found by Clicking Here.
