Problem Description

When performing an Office 365 backup, the following error message is displayed in the backup report:

Cause

This is a known issue for AhsayCBS and AhsayOBM / ACB version 8.5.2.x.

Resolution

To resolve the issue, patch the AhsayCBS and AhsayOBM / ACB application to version 8.5.2.106 or above.
