Problem Description
When performing a backup on a macOS computer, the following error message is received in the backup report:

Cause
This is a known issue with backup job on macOS, for data that were backed up using AhsayOBM / ACB version 8.3.2.50 to 8.5.0.161
Resolution
To resolve the issue, patch the AhsayOBM / ACB application to version 8.5.0.163 or above. Click Here for instruction on how to patch the AhsayOBM / ACB.
Next, remove the affected index file from the temporary directory of the affected backup set at:
/temp_path/backupset_id/OBS@id/index/index.db
Note: You can locate the exact path from the error message in the backup report (e.g. "/Users/username/temp/1594013750640/OBS@1594023542186/index/index.db).
