Problem Description

When performing a MS SQL database backup (ODBC backup mode) to multiple backup destination, the following warning message is received in the backup report:

*	erro	YYYY/MM/DD hh:mm:ss	[BackupSetCmd.uploadBackupFiles][java.lang.RuntimeException] Error= [RuntimeException][MiniUtil_MSSQL_ODBC_Backup.convertFileToBackupFile] Unexpected hash name conversion failure, target: xxxxxxxx

Note: This issue will only affect MS SQL database backup (ODBC backup mode) to multiple backup destination. Backup to single destination is not affected.

Cause

This is a known issue with AhsayOBM version 7.15.4.41.

Resolution

To resolve the issue, patch the AhsayOBM application to version 7.15.6.38 or above. The instructions can be found by Clicking Here.
