java.lang.NullPointerException error is returned when calling the GetBackupJobReportSummary.do API for a missed backup job.

Note: This issue will only occur when retrieving backup job report summary for scheduled backup job that are missed.

This is a known issue with AhsayCBS version pre-7.15.4.10.

To resolve the issue, patch the AhsayCBS application to version 7.15.4.10 or above. The instructions can be found by Clicking Here.
