Problem Description
When performing a MS SQL differential / transaction log backup (ODBC backup mode), a full database backup is performed instead. Further checking on the backup report, the following info message is received:

Cause
This is a known issue with AhsayOBM version 7.15.0.8 - 7.15.0.20.
Resolution
To resolve the issue, patch the AhsayOBM application to version 7.15.2.2 or above. The instructions can be found by Clicking Here.
