Problem Description

When customizing / branding the AhsayCBS console (e.g. Rebrand Web Console) or backup clients' installer (e.g. Rebrand Clients), if you attempt to upload image files with extension in upper case letters (e.g. about_logo.PNG), the following error message is displayed:

Please upload file with extension '.png'
Note:
This issue will affect all image files with extension in upper case letter ( e.g. *.GIF and *.ICO )

Cause

This is a known issue with AhsayCBS version 7.5.0.0 - 7.5.0.6.

Resolution

To resolve the issue, patch the AhsayCBS application to version 7.7.0.0 or above. The instructions can be found by Clicking Here.
