Symptoms
When backing up EFS encrypted files on OBM / ACB for Windows [Windows: Right-click a folder > Properties > General > Advanced > Encrypt contents to secure data enabled] with “Volume Shadow Copy” settings DISABLED, the following errors might appear:
[2020/04/16 17:12:18] [erro] [1587027970874] Failed to list "C:\Users\Administrator\Documents"., Reason = "[OpenEncryptedFileRawW] (32) The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process. "
Solution
It is suggested that “Volume Shadow Copy” should be ENABLED to avoid the issue.
