===== Problem Description =====

When customizing / branding the AhsayCBS console (e.g. Rebrand Web Console) or backup clients' installer (e.g. Rebrand Clients), if you attempt to upload image files with extension in upper case letters (e.g. about_logo.<font color=#FF0000>PNG</font>), the following error message is displayed:

 Please upload file with extension '.png'
    <img style="width:75%; border:thin solid black" src="http://wiki.ahsay.com/lib/exe/fetch.php?media=public:5113_0.png"/>
<br/>
 Note:
 <br/>
 This issue will affect all image files with extension in upper case letter ( e.g. *.GIF and *.ICO )

This is a known issue with AhsayCBS version 7.5.0.0 - 7.5.0.6.


===== Resolution =====

To resolve the issue, patch the AhsayCBS application to version 7.7.0.0 or above.  The instructions can be found by
