[V9] FAQ: How to scan QR code by migrate backup option?

Description

After upgrading AhsayOBM to version 9.7.2.0 and updating the dummy certificate, the existing mobile backup will not work.

Steps

  1. On Ahsay Mobile, go to Backup then tap “Connect to new backup client application”.


  2. On AhsayOBM/AhsayACB, go to Settings > Mobile Backup then click the “Add or migrate device” button.


  3. Choose “Migrate backup content of existing device to a new device” then select the device from the drop-down box.


  4. Scan the QR code to migrate.
