[V8] ISSUE: Item does not exist. It may have been deleted by another user (Office 365 backup)

Problem Description

When performing an Office 365 backup, the following error message is received in the backup report:

* erro YYYY/MM/DD hh:mm:ss [New File] File="Office 365/Site Collections/hostname.sharepoint.com/sites//directory_path/file" Error="Item does not exist.
It may have been deleted by another user. com.independentsoft.share.bd: Item does not exist. It may have been deleted by
another user. 404 Not Found ...

Cause

The message suggests that the corresponding file cannot be found when AhsayOBM / ACB attempts to retrieve the file for backup, but the file was there during the file comparison stage. This can sometomes occur for file that are created and removed frequently.

Resolution

This error cannot be prevented, as AhsayOBM / ACB cannot restrict deletion of the file during a backup, no user action is required.
