[V7] ISSUE: Error [BackupSetIndex.init] when performing a restore

Problem Description

After installing a valid SSL certificate, the default SSL certificate is still used when accessing the AhsayCBS web console over HTTPS:

Cause

This issue can occur if the newly installed SSL certificate is not enabled for the corresponding HTTPS connector.

Resolution

To resolve the issue, ensure that the SSL Certificate setting for the affected HTTPS connector is correctly configured:

  1. Login to the AhsayCBS web console.
  2. Under System Settings, select Basic, then General.
  3. Select the corresponding HTTPS connector under Connectors.
  4. Ensure that the correct SSL certificate is selected under the SSL Certificate setting.


  5. Click OK, then Save to save the new setting.
