===== Description =====
After upgrading AhsayOBM to version 9.7.2.0 and updating the dummy certificate, the existing mobile backup will not work.


===== Steps =====
  - On Ahsay Mobile, go to **Backup** then tap "Connect to new backup client application". \\ {{public:9543_faq:1.png?200}}  {{public:9543_faq:3.png?200}} \\ \\
  - On AhsayOBM/AhsayACB, go to **Settings** > **Mobile Backup** then click the "Add or migrate device" button. \\ {{public:9543_faq:4.png?500}} \\ \\
  - Choose "Migrate backup content of existing device to a new device" then select the device from the drop-down box. \\ {{public:9543_faq:5.png?500}} \\ \\
