OS: Windows ===== Problem Description ===== When performing an Cloud file backup on OneDrive, the following warning message is displayed in the backup report:

* warn ... Backup source "Office 365/Site Collections/folderpath%2fuser'name-domain_com/path" does not exist !
* ... ... ...
The same error messages can also be found in the backup client log:

[YYYY/MM/DD hh:mm:ss] [warn] Backup source "Office 365/Site Collections/folderpath%2fuser'name-domain_com/path" does not exist ! ... ===== Cause ===== This issue can occur if the username or mailbox name contains the single quotation character " ' ". This is a known issue for AhsayCBS and AhsayOBM / ACB version 8.5.2.x. ===== Resolution ===== To resolve the issue, patch the AhsayCBS and AhsayOBM / ACB application to version 8.5.2.106 or above.
