Yes, an AhsayCBS license must be applied to your AhsayCBS server running in replication receiver mode.
The licensing model has changed since the introduction of AhsayCBS.
An AhsayCBS license is required per running instance, even for AhsayCBS server that is in replication receiver mode (e.g. server that is receiving replication data).
