===== Problem Description =====
When creating a MS SQL database backup set on a Windows server set to a non-English system locale, the following error message is received in the AhsayOBM console:
The SQL Server VSS Writer service does not exist as an installed service
===== Cause =====
This is a known issue with AhsayOBM version 7.3.2.0.
===== Resolution =====
To resolve the issue, patch the AhsayOBM application to version 7.5.0.0 or above. The instructions can be found by
