Problem Description

When mounting a VMware ESXi / vCenter backup set Window 10 guest VM virtual disk using granular restore the following error message is shown

"Falied to list file (the media is write protected.)"

Cause

This is a know issue with AhsayOBM version 7.13.0.x

Resolution

To resolve the issue, patch the AhsayOBM client application to version 7.17.0.50 or above. The instruction can be found by Clicking Here.
