This article contains description of the error events displayed in the AhsayCBS Daily User Report.
Error related to listing of error in the Missed Backups, Failed Backups, System Errors, Replication Errors, API Errors, or Email Errors menu on the AhsayCBS web console at Monitoring > Dashboard > To Dos.
Error related to the backup and restore operation (e.g. IP is within the restricted range when performing a restore job).
Error related to migration of backup account or policy group issue.
Error related to setting configuration on the AhsayCBS web console (e.g. failed to create a new backup set with duplicated backup set name).
When a user login to AhsayOBM / ACB client application, API PolicyService.getUserBackupDestinationOptions is utilized to retrieve the available backup destinations for the backup account in XML format.
Error related to failure to return the information to the client.
Error related to backup account status (e.g. login failed because account is locked or suspended), or the required add-on module is disabled when performing a backup (e.g. MS SQL Server add-on backup module is not enabled when performing a MS SQL Server backup).
Error related to system routine job of AhsayCBS (e.g. backup log is too large to be zipped and attached to a backup report).
Error related to login attempt to the AhsayCBS web console (e.g. no such system user or incorrect password).
