After upgrading AhsayOBS to AhsayCBS version 7.3.2.0 - 7.5.0.0, options such as Follow Link, Volume Shadow Copy and Compression are defaulted to disabled when creating a new backup set in the client user interface:

This issue will only affect AhsayOBM / ACB client applications that remain on version 6 after AhsayOBS was upgraded to AhsayCBS version 7.3.2.0 - 7.5.0.0.

This is a known issue with AhsayCBS version 7.3.2.0 - 7.5.0.0.

To resolve the issue, patch the AhsayCBS application to version 7.7.0.0 or above. The instructions can be found by Clicking Here

Alternatively, configure the options manually, when creating a new backup set on AhsayOBM / ACB version 6.

The following is the default Options setting of a version 6 backup set:

• Follow Link: Enable
• Volume Shadow Copy: Enable
• Compression Type: Fast
• Transfer Block Size: 128 kbytes
• Backup File Permissions: Enable
