You may add or activate CALs from stock to an existing license key from time to time. One year of FREE support maintenance is included from the date of CAL activation. However the support expiry date of the license key inherits its value from the earliest expiry date.

For example:

* Initial purchase of 10 OBM CALs on July 1, 2012

* Additional purchase of 5 OBM CALs to the same license key on October 1, 2012

* 1 Year of FREE maintenance and support for the above CALs from the date of purchase

Even though 5 of the 15 OBM has a support expiry date of September 30, 2013, the support maintenance for the key will still expire after June 30, 2013 as it inherits from the oldest expiry date among all CALs on the same license key. When it comes to maintenance renewal, you will be requested to renew:

* 10 OBM from July 1, 2013 to June 30, 2014

* 5 OBM from October 1, 2013 to June 30, 2014

With this arrangement, your entire license will align to the same support expiry date of June 30, 2014.
