When performing an Office 365 SharePoint backup, the backup performance is very slow. Further checking in the backup client log, the following error message can be found:

This is a known issue for AhsayCBS and AhsayOBM / ACB version 8.5.2.x.

To resolve the issue, patch the AhsayCBS and AhsayOBM / ACB application to version 8.5.2.106 or above. Performance of the backup will also be improved.
