===== Problem Description =====
When creating a backup set for Oracle 12c, the following error is displayed on AhsayOBM, even if the JavaSysPriv role has already been granted to the Oracle system account.
JavaSysPriv role not granted. Please execute Grant JavaSysPriv to System
===== Cause =====
This is a known issue with AhsayOBM version 7.7.0.0 and 7.7.2.0 on Oracle 12c.
===== Resolution =====
To resolve the issue, patch the AhsayOBM application to version 7.9.0.0 or above. The instructions can be found by
